Terms of Service

DreamTech Dynamics provides high-end digital architecture and software engineering consulting. These Services include but are not limited to:

• Cloud-native infrastructure design and implementation.
• Custom software development and lifecycle management.
• Technological strategic consulting and momentum-building frameworks.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials provided during the service engagement. You agree to use our architectural frameworks only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all local and international regulations. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our services without express permission

All software, codebases, design systems, and visual assets created by DreamTech Dynamics remain the exclusive property of DreamTech Dynamics until full payment for specified milestones is received, upon which license rights are granted as per the individual Service Agreement. The "Architecting Momentum" methodology and associated logos, trademarks, and branding are the sole property of DreamTech Dynamics. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DreamTech Dynamics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Unauthorized access to data systems
• Service interruptions for maintenance
• Errors or inaccuracies in technical output
• Third-party integrations or plugins

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these terms. You may also cancel your engagement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
