Technical Architecture and Infrastructure
We document your system architecture before writing a line of code. Data models, API contracts, infrastructure choices, and technology decisions are validated upfront — so you are not paying to undo architecture mistakes mid-project.
Brand Identity and UI/UX Design
Logo, colour system, typography, and a component library built on your brand. We design every screen in Figma with real content and validate the core flows with real users before development begins.
Full-Stack Development
Frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure — built by engineers who care about code quality, not just deadlines. Every feature ships with tests.
Analytics and Marketing Integration
PostHog or Mixpanel for product analytics, Google Analytics 4 for marketing attribution, and event tracking configured for the metrics your investors will ask about.
Deployment and Launch
Continuous deployment on Vercel with staging and production environments, error monitoring with Sentry, performance monitoring with Vercel Analytics, and a runbook for your team to operate the system post-launch.
Timeline and Process
Weeks 1-2: Discovery and Architecture
We interview you and any key stakeholders, review your market research, and produce a technical specification and architecture document for your review.
Weeks 3-4: Design
Wireframes and high-fidelity designs for every core flow. User testing with five to eight participants from your target audience. Design system and component library finalised.
Weeks 5-10: Development
Two-week sprints with working software demoed at the end of each sprint. You see real progress continuously, not a big reveal at the end.
Weeks 11-12: Launch
QA, performance testing, security review, and deployment to production. App Store and Play Store submission handled if applicable. Handoff documentation and team training included.
